A Beattape full of Instrumental Hip Hop, which bows in many ways to the 'golden era' with beautiful samples, a somewhat spacy atmosphere and driving rhythms. Tight beats let your head nod and are really worth mentioning. Also especially nice are the liner notes, which briefly explain the album title and bring me a warm smile.

"they come for us" is my favorite track to write to and beatbox to on this album but all the tracks are hella clean and reminds me of my one trip to NY and taking the subway and seeing all the graf writing everywhere and handing random CD mixes that I made to random people back in 2002.
